Terms & Conditions


It is important that you carefully read the following terms and conditions before making your booking as you will be bound by them.



You agree that there are general risks associated with travelling which are beyond our control, and hence the agent assumes no responsibility for the loss or damage you may incur as a result of these risks.  Such general risks include:

Tour delays and variations caused by road or weather conditions, riots, strikes, public holidays affecting the closure of public attractions, civil disturbances and advices by governments, wars, uprisings, acts of God, illness, flight schedule cancellations or changes, loss of baggage, accidents, criminal acts, theft, quarantine, changes to visa or travel requirements.  It is your primary responsibility to make your own enquiries regarding your trip, including relevant travel safety warnings.


Deposits & Balance

All bookings must be accompanied by a completed and fully signed booking form.  A non refundable deposit of $200.00 per person is required within 7 days of confirmation to hold the reservation.  Final payment is required within 45 days prior to departure.  Receipt of deposit represents your acceptance of terms and conditions set forth in the document.  Any verbal quote given is an estimate price only, which is subject to advice on confirmation of the booking.


Prices & Fluctuation

Prices are based on costs and exchange rates at the time of booking.  Should these costs change due to exchange rate fluctuations, adjustment to devaluation or any other circumstances, it may be necessary to make a surcharge on the price.  However no surcharge in respect to cost or currency fluctuations will be made to the holiday arrangements once full payment has been received.  This does not apply to any tax charges or levies imposed by any government or their agencies.


Late Bookings

Bookings made less than 15days prior to departure must be paid in full immediately. Cheque payments are not accepted for late bookings.


Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation notices must be issued in writing through your Travel Agent. You are liable for cancellation fees, as detailed below.  There are no refunds for any unused services after departure from original city.
Deposit of $200 for the tour is non refundable
More than 45 days before departure: Loss of deposit
Between 30 - 45 days before departure: Up to 30% of tour cost
Between 15 - 30 days before departure: 50% of tour cost
Between  7 – 15 days before departure : 75% of tour cost
Less than 7days : Nil refund


Tour Variations and Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule departures and itineraries should unforeseen circumstances beyond our control require us to make the necessary changes to your holiday.   Where it is necessary to change a hotel, we reserve the right to substitute accommodation of at least a similar standard.  Any decision made in respect of tour services by independent operators to amend the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances is at the discretion of the tour service provider and we shall not be liable for any claim whatsoever arising from such events.  In the event of an cancellation, we will endeavor to offer the closest available tour departure, subject to the refund or payment of any tour price difference.  Should the alternative arrangement is acceptable you will be bound by these terms and conditions with respect to the alternative tour.  Should the alternative arrangement offered is not acceptable, the contract will terminate and all monies paid will be refunded and we will have no further liability to you.  We will not be liable for any third party costs not booked through us. 



Should you change your arrangement after your original booking a fee of $50 per amendment will be levied to cover additional administrative and communication costs in addition to any applicable supplier charges.


Credit Cards

A surcharge will apply for credit card transaction.  This fee is non-refundable.


Medical Certificates

Passengers over 65 years of age, or passengers with pre-existing medical conditions will require a doctors certificate to verify they are fit to travel


Passport, Visa and Vaccinations

You must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from your return date.  It is mandatory that you understand any visa or health requirements that may be applicable in the countries you are visiting.   You are responsible for all entry, exit, health law, regulations or requirements of countries visited or transited.  Please note that passport and visa requirements are not our responsibility and we cannot be held liable for any loss or expense due to the failure to comply with the above. 


Travel Insurance

You are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to adequately cover any unforeseen circumstances that may occur during the tour.  Your travel agent will be able to offer a suitable comprehensive insurance policy.


Consular Advice

Official travel advice issued by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade is available by calling 1300 555 135 or visit their website www.dfat.gov.au.  We recommend you review this information both prior to making your booking and prior to departure.


Consumer Claims

Should you encounter any issues on your holiday it is better to discuss and solve directly with the service supplier.  If it is not possible and you wish to lodge a complaint please do so in writing within 30 days of completing your trip.


Hotel Descriptions, Map and Photographs

Hotel descriptions are based on current hotel guides as provided by suppliers and contractual agreements.  Any facilities described are subject to change at any time.  Maps are intended as an indication only and should not be relied upon as the actual route taken during the tour.  Photographs represent typical scenes for each tour, however, it is possible the particular subject matter may not be seen or experienced on tour.



Travel documents will be issued after final payment has been received and are normally sent 2 weeks prior to departure.


Special Needs

If you have any special travelling requirements, you are obliged to inform us at the time of booking request.


Travelling with Children

Where a child stays for free in a room sharing with two paying adults, generally the hotel will expect the child to share the parent’s bed and will not provide an extra bed.  Additional charges may be levied for child meals.  Where a child rate is provided in the brochure, an extra foldaway bed is usually provided.


Not Included in the Tour Cost

Airfare, airport taxes and charges, visa and passport fees, insurance, excess baggage over 20kg, meals not detailed in the itinerary, laundry, drinks, souvenirs, tips, local guides, personal items and optional excursions.


Agent Responsibilities

It is the responsibility of the travel agent to ensure all invoice and itinerary details issued to the customers are correct.  Customers must be made aware of amendment and cancellation conditions, and other key terms in the conditions of reservation.  We will not accept responsibility for any additional charges to bookings imposed should the above reservation conditions not be met.


Errors & Omissions

We reserve the right to correct any errors in rates quoted or calculated for any service with immediate effect.  We will use our endeavors to notify you of such corrections.
